Indianapolis-based Nelbud Services Group, Inc. has completed its acquisition of Fire Pros Inc.’s Indiana Fire Protection Division. The rebranding of the company’s Indiana Fire Protection assets will expand Nelbud’s service capabilities in the Midwest. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. 

President and chief executive officer Michael Crafton says Fire Pro’s customer base and their consistent quality were factors in the acquisition. 

"Fire Pro’s customers are strategically positioned, geographically, to Nelbud’s core customer base. Combined with Nelbud’s industry-leading technology services, Nelbud will be able to adapt to the market’s increasing desire for high-quality fire protection services delivered with speed, efficiency and reporting transparency.” said Crafton. 

Nelbud now serves 23 states with services including commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning, maintenance and repair. The company acquired another of Fire Pro’s divisions earlier this year.
