Tim Hollander is honored to serve as president of Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Indiana, Inc., (TMMI) where he leads all production and administrative functions at the manufacturing facility in Princeton, Indiana, that assembles the Toyota Sienna, Highlander, Highlander Hybrid, Grand Highlander, and Lexus TX.

Previously, Hollander served as is vice president of manufacturing at TMMI and was responsible for all production, plant engineering, Toyota Production System (TPS) and maintenance operations.

During his tenure with Toyota, he has held positions of increasing responsibility including general manager of administration at Toyota Motor Manufacturing West Virginia, Inc., and general manager of human resources and safety at TMMI. Hollander joined Toyota in 1998 as a Production Control Specialist.

Additionally, Hollander serves on several boards, including Indiana Manufacturers Association, Evansville Regional Economic Partnership, Evansville Regional Business Council, Southwest Indiana Regional Development Authority, and the advisory council of Youth First.

Tim holds a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership from University of Charleston and is a native of Evansville, Indiana where he resides with his wife and two children.

Christopher M. Pietruszkiewicz, affectionately known as "Prez P" on campus, began his tenure as the 24th President of the University of Evansville on July 1, 2018. Prez P has effectively guided the University through unprecedented times. During the first global pandemic in 100 years, he remained focused on the University’s future, advancing the institution with student-focused initiatives that included the building of academic and institutional programs with a goal of establishing a strong framework for sustainable growth, and further solidifying the identity and mission of the University recognizing the eighteen words that define what we do at UE: to empower each student to think critically, act bravely, serve responsibly, and live meaningfully in a changing world.

Prez P recognizes that college is much more than a degree – college prepares students for an ever-changing world by bringing academic to life through real world internships, expanded hands on learning experience inside and outside the classroom, and adding Change Lab courses allow students to follow their passion.With our faculty, staff, and community, Prez P has helped re-define the value of a college education – taking knowledge and turning it into action.He has developed a passion for linking the University with the community by creating partnerships to fulfill the responsibility of the University to enhance quality of life.Under his leadership, UE was awarded a historic $30 million Promise Neighborhood grant from the United States Department of Education, with a total investment of $62 million including matching funds. The grant was one of only three awarded in the country in 2023 and the only one awarded to a university and a city working together. Prez P also helped the institution achieve the second and third highest fundraising years in the history of the University dating to 1854, providing support for an innovative and forward-focused future.

A tax attorney, President Pietruszkiewicz worked as a trial lawyer in the Tax Division of the United States Department of Justice in Washington, DC, and as an attorney and advisor for the United States Department of Education. In 2000, he entered academia as an adjunct professor at George Mason University School of Law and in 2001, joined the law faculty at the Louisiana State University Law Center in Baton Rouge, where he later served as vice chancellor for business and financial affairs at LSU. Beginning in 2012, President Pietruszkiewicz served for six years as Dean of the Stetson University College of Law in Tampa Bay, Florida.

In Evansville, he served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Southwest Indiana Chamber of Commerce and the Economic Development Coalition of Southwest Indiana – and serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the now merged Evansville Regional Economic Partnership. He is a member of the Welborn Baptist Foundation Board of Directors, and the Rotary Club of Evansville. 

President Pietruszkiewicz also serves on the NCAA Division I Board of Directors and is a member of the Finance Committee and Administrative Committee. He is the past Chair of Board of Directors of Independent Colleges of Indiana, the collective voice for excellence and choice in higher education for all students that represents Indiana’s 29 private, non-profit, regionally accredited colleges, and universities.  He is an active member of the Council of Independent Colleges, the National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities, and the National Association of Schools and Colleges of the United Methodist Church.He previously served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Law School Admissions Council and held various leadership positions in the American Bar Association, Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar.Among the founding university presidents of CUSP, the College and University Sustainability Project, President Pietruszkiewicz helped to create a consortium of like-minded institutions to achieve cost-efficiency by providing a platform of high-value services that are not accessible to individual institutions. 

He is married to Siobhan Pietruszkiewicz, a graduate of Georgetown University with a bachelor's degree in sociology and Spanish. She is a licensed clinical social worker with a master's degree in social work from Virginia Commonwealth University. Her experience in social work has focused on workforce development and the child welfare system, working both in clinical settings and as a researcher, grant writer, program evaluator, and instructor in college and law school, focusing on at-risk children and their families. They were both NCAA and high school basketball officials and have been strong advocates and volunteers for Special Olympics.They have two sons, Ryan (17) and John (13), who attend Reitz Memorial High School and Good Shephard Catholic School in Evansville.

Ronald Romain is Executive Chairman of United Companies – a holding company which is comprised of four operating companies: Professional Transportation, Inc., Romain Automotive Group, United Leasing & Finance and Tri-State Aero.

The businesses emphasize a unique corporate culture of educating and developing its team members to prepare them for future opportunities and growth. Romain is also deeply interested in the region’s economic and quality of life initiatives as well as statewide support for early childhood education and its impact on improving outcomes for the most at-risk children.

Mr. Romain holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Southern Indiana (USI). He is active in a number of civic, charitable, and corporate Boards including serving on Regency Commercial Associates Board of Managers, Koch Enterprises, Inc. Board of Directors, University of Southern Indiana Board of Trustee’s, Chairman of the Southwest Indiana Business Leaders Early Childhood Roundtable, Signature School Foundation, the Evansville Regional Business Committee, and the Board of Golf Gives Back for the Korn Ferry Tour Championship presented by United Leasing & Finance golf championship.

Roland Shelton serves as Chief Strategic Business Partnership Officer, EVP for Old National Bank. Prior to this, he served as Executive Business Development Officer. In his role, Shelton focusses on delivering strong, relationship-based services and support throughout Old National’s 8-State footprint. He has been instrumental in launching various initiatives for Old National that support underrepresented businesses. In addition to his business development goals, Shelton works in partnership with Old National’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team to develop and drive diversity recruiting strategies and enhance career development efforts for individuals of color. He also seeks to broaden community and economic development partnerships strategies. 

Prior to joining Old National in 2017, Shelton served as Senior Vice President of Constituent Relations at Indiana State University. He also previously managed fund development campaign strategies totaling over $200 million and helped launch two General Motors iconic car brands (the Chevrolet Corvette C6 and Cadillac XLR convertible).

Shelton is extremely community focused. He serves on the Kentucky Wesleyan College Board of Trustees, the Deaconess Foundation Board, United Way of Southwestern Indiana Board, Evansville Ivy Tech College Board of Trustees, SBDC Advisory Board, and the Evansville Regional CDFI Friendly Board.

A graduate of Western Kentucky University, Shelton holds a bachelor’s degree in Business/Corporate Communications. He is married to Renee Shelton for 24 years and they have two children, Braxton, and Bentley. Roland’s hobbies consist of golfing, hunting, and fishing. He is a former student athlete at Western Kentucky University and attempted a pro career with the Los Angeles Clippers.

Evansville Mayor Stephanie Terry is a lifelong resident of the city she is proud to lead.

After graduating from Evansville’s Bosse High School, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Kentucky State University, then went on to earn a Master of Science degree in health service administration from University of Evansville.

As a Public Health Administrator with the Indiana State Department of Health, she assisted 12 county health departments in developing plans to deal with public health crises. She followed that by serving in both personnel and financial capacities for Angel River Health & Rehabilitation before joining Carver Community Organization for four years as its first Deputy Director, managing day to day operations of the childcare, senior center/adult day care, and afterschool programming. 

As Executive Director of the Louis J. Koch Family Children’s Museum of Evansville (cMoe) for the past 12 years, Stephanie has led a team dedicated to enriching the lives of hundreds of thousands of children and their families. Under her leadership, the museum increased visitors and memberships; strengthened partnerships; raised and invested over $1 million in new capital projects; and was named the Southwest Indiana Chamber of Commerce Non-Profit of the Year in 2017.

In the same year she joined cMoe, Stephanie was appointed to fill a vacant seat on the Vanderburgh County Council. About five months later, she was elected to the position as the first African American woman to serve on the council. She was re-elected in 2014, 2018 and 2022, before being elected Mayor of Evansville in November 2023.

Outside of government, Stephanie has served the Evansville community on the board of directors of Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare, YWCA, Visiting Nurse Association, City of Evansville Board of Public Safety, E-REP, and Women’s Equality Day Committee. Additionally, she just completed a four-year term as the Indiana State Coordinator for Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., overseeing 13 chapters across the state. Delta Sigma Theta is a private, not-for-profit organization whose purpose is to provide assistance and support through established programs in local communities throughout the world.

Stephanie has received numerous awards over the years, but she is most proud of having been named the 2020 Athena Non-profit Professional of the Year by the Southwest Indiana Chamber (now E-REP); the 2020 Soror of the Year by the Midwest Region of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority; 2020 YWCA Woman on a Mission Award; and the 2021 William G. and Rose M. Mays Legacy Award from the University of Evansville. 

Stephanie and her husband Marques have three children, the youngest of which is in high school. Her family worships at Memorial Baptist Church, where they are long-time members. She loves to spend time with her family, sing and do graphic design.
