Lieutenant Governor Suzanne Crouch, the Office of Community Rural Affairs Executive Director Denny Spinner and representatives from Indiana higher education institutions, will today announce the launch of a new OCRA program. OCRA says the program aims to help Hoosier communities better utilize their American Rescue Plan Act funding.

A news conference is planned for 10 a.m. to detail the program.

The news conference will be held at the Bower Suhrheinrich Conference Center at Ivy Tech Community College in Evansville.
