Anderson University and Ball State University are partnering on a new dual degree program with an emphasis on engineering. The schools say students will study either astronomy or physics from BSU, alongside one of Anderson’s engineering programs – computer, electrical or mechanical.

Students will take classes exclusively at the BSU campus during their first two years, then will take a combination of courses at both BSU’s and AU’s campuses during their final three years in the program.

 “We anticipate this program will be very popular, with new and existing students, because of the access our physics and astronomy majors will have to these exciting engineering programs,” said John Millis, chair of the Department of Physics and Astronomy at Ball State.
