Aspire says the project is expected to take 14 months to complete and includes a new wing to bring the total space to 27,000 square feet.
Aspire says the project includes renovating existing space and adding an in-house pharmacy for a total cost of nearly $7 million.
“Aspire is showing its commitment to Noblesville and Hamilton County with this major investment in community health,” Tim Crockett, chief financial officer for Aspire, said in a news release. “We are here for the long haul to serve Hoosiers from every walk of life with compassionate healthcare that treats the whole person, not just their symptoms.”
An official groundbreaking for the project is set for March 3.
Indianapolis-based Wurster Construction is serving as general contractor, with Colliers in Indy as project managers and Indy-based Artekna as architectural planners.
