The Indiana State Department of Agriculture is planning to host a press conference on Wednesday to announce the updated Indiana Dairy Strategy. The department says the goal of the strategy is to increase dairy business expansion, development and attraction.

The press conference, which will begin at 2 p.m., will provide an update to the 2015 Indiana Dairy Strategy.

Lieutenant Governor Suzanne Crouch and ISDA Director Bruce Kettler, as well as Indiana Dairy Strategy steering committee members and agriculture industry leaders, will make the announcement from the Indiana State Fairgrounds and Event Center in Indianapolis.
