Cambridge Capital Management Group has hired Alma Payne and LaKaiya Smith as Customer Service Representatives. Payne will track business insurance renewals, support staff and manage corporate events, and Smith will provide customer loan balances and releasing liens, as well as editing a quarterly newsletter. Payne formerly worked for the Lake County Juvenile Court and Smith formerly managed rental homes and apartment communities in Indianapolis. Smith holds a bachelor’s degree from Ivy Tech Community College.
