“Our past year was a tremendous success as a result of a company mindset which recognizes that people are more than their jobs. This mantra coupled with a well-designed workplace platform that encourages, supports and rewards individuals and teams for both growth and achievement has continued to prove itself as a powerful core to our corporate culture,” said Matt Griffin, chief operating officer for The Garrett Companies.
Garrett says it promotes mentorship and cross departmental learning and growth opportunities. It also offers a vast array of lifestyle perks, including haircuts, massage therapy, four weeks of paid time off from day one of employment, and an annual ski retreat in Colorado.
More than 189,000 employees nationally rated their employers. Companies with 10 to 99 people were considered for the small list; companies with 100 – 999 employees were considered for the medium list.
