Zoeller and representatives from Indianapolis-based General Hotels Corp. will Thursday break ground on a new Hilton Garden Inn in Jeffersonville.
The hotel will be built on property just outside the River Ridge Commerce Center, a 6,000-acre business and manufacturing park in Clark County.
One Southern Indiana says the project is a joint venture between Zoeller and GHC, a company with more than thirty hotels across the Midwest. Zoeller will be the majority owner of the 145,000-square-foot hotel.
A bar/restaurant at the hotel will feature Zoeller’s signature vodka.
GHC operates more than 30 hotels throughout the Midwest.
