Indiana University Health has named Stephanie Motter (pictured) president of IU Health Plans. Also, Greg Kiray (pictured) has been promoted to senior vice president of population and community health and chief medical officer of system clinical services. Megan Isley has been named vice president and chief nursing officer at Riley Children’s Health.

Motter previously served as chief executive officer at Monument Health in Colorado. She also held three executive and director positions at DaVita in Denver from 2010-2016. Motter earned a masters in healthcare administration from Colorado State University, an M.S. in nursing from Yale University and a B.A. in economics from Smith College.. 

Kiray most recently served as chief medical officer of IU Health Physicians. He holds an M.D. from University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.

Isley brings more than a decade of clinical pediatrics and management experience, most recently serving as assistant vice president of patient services and clinical director of outpatient cardiology at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Prior to that, she served as a clinical manager at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio and a pediatric nurse practitioner and clinical educator at Duke University Health System. Isley holds a doctor of nursing practice and master’s degrees in nursing from Duke University and an MBA and bachelor’s degrees in nursing from West Liberty University in West Virginia.
