The Indiana Department of Correction has promoted Max Wainscott to lieutenant at the Pendleton Juvenile Correctional Facility. He previously served as sergeant and has been with the department since 2016. During his time as a youth development specialist, Wainscott began working in D-Complex but also assisted in A-Complex, B-Complex and walking patrol. He is also certified to quick response team member.
