Indianapolis-based Justus Rental Properties, Inc. has announced it will be closing its assisted living service facilities at Crestwood Village West and Crestwood Village East. The company is also is in the process of selling the both communities, affecting more than 100 employees.

In two notices to the state, the company stated that 51 employees would be affected at the west location and 53 at the east. The company says these employees may be able to transfer to one of its other holdings or will undergo permanent separation.

The sale of both communities is expected to be finalized in October.
