She previously served as president of Cummins Northeast, where her team grew revenues by 44 percent and profits by 188 percent in just four years. Davis earned a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and completed the Executive Program in Marketing Strategy at The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. She is a Six Sigma Green Belt and is currently a participant in Cummins Executive Leadership Development Program.
Brett Merritt (pictured) has been promoted to vice president – on-highway engine business. His 20-year career in the automotive and commercial vehicle industry brought him to Cummins in 2009 as on-highway sales director for Cummins Emissions Solutions and later as general manager of CES North America. Merritt joined the engine business segment in the global medium duty on-highway business in 2012 and soon after transitioned to overseeing the entire on-highway business. Merritt is a graduate of Indiana University and earned a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School. He serves as Cummins’ United Way leader and champion in Southern Indiana. In addition, Merritt is an advocate for diversity and inclusion and sponsors the Japanese Affinity Group at Cummins.
Lorrie Meyer (pictured) has been named vice president –talent & organizational development. She is committed to ensuring Cummins’ leadership culture and leadership behaviors are brought to life through the more consistent application of tools and processes across all businesses, regions and employee types. Meyer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin in Madison.
Also, Alexei Ustinov has been promoted to vice president – Russia & CIS area business organization and China & India distribution. He the Russia & CIS ABO to its second consecutive year of record profitability in 2017. Prior to his current role, Ustinov served as managing director for Europe, Middle East and Russia. He, earned a mechanical engineering degree specializing in diesel engines from the Moscow Institute of Transport Engineers (Russia), and holds an MBA in Financial Risk Management from Heriott Watt University in the United Kingdom.
