Priority Health to acquire Physicians Health Plan of Northern Indiana

Michigan-based Priority Health, a health plan serving more than 1.3 million members, will acquire Fort Wayne-based Physicians Health Plan of Northern Indiana (PHPNI), currently serving more than 52,000 members in Indiana and Ohio. Negotiations are underway and are expected to close before the end of the year after required approvals are completed. Originally expected to open late 2023, Meats by Linz held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its $52 million, 120,000-square-foot newly built headquarters and production facility today. Ice Box planning third rink as it celebrates 50 years of operation

In a bid not to lose any tournaments and the resulting economic activities they bring to the city, the Ice Box will build a third rink at its Walnut Street location.
