The Youth Opportunity Center, a Muncie-based youth treatment facility, has hired Ryan Hart as director of customer relations. He most recently worked as community engagement specialist for Chances and Services for Youth. Hart also previously worked as an outreach specialist at Huffer Child Care Resources & Referral.
