Longtime CEO Paul Knapp stepped away from day-to-day operations and the firm promoted Denari from his positions as president and chief strategy officer.
Denari joined the agency as an account manager 32 years ago and previously served as director of client services. Denari will continue oversight as president and chief strategy officer, along with leading all business operations, including the agency’s wholly-owned national media planning and buying division EchoPoint Media.
The agency says Knapp will remain in the role of chairman of the board.
