Carmel-based vehicle auction company XLerate Group says it has completed its acquisition of America’s Auto Auction, a vehicle auction provider in Dallas. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Together the company will operate 39 auction sites across 19 states.

The company says in addition to its physical locations, the combined enterprise will continue to grow its digital and mobile auction businesses and related financing.

Private equity firm Brightstar Capital Partners, which owns XLerate, will be the controlling shareholder of the company. The auction company will operate under the current XLerate executive team.
