The deal involves providing resources to help low-wage workers understand U.S. labor laws. The agreement involves workers in Kentucky, and portions of Indiana, Ohio and Illinois.
The two sides say they will combine resources and efforts to develop educational material on workers' rights and find the best ways to communicate that information to at-risk workers and their employers.
The agencies signed the agreement Monday morning as part of National Labor Rights Week, which is August 26-31.
