Subscribe NowWiss, Janney, Elstner Associates Inc., an architecture and engineering firm focused on problem solving, has added Chadwick Collins, Noah Fehrenbacher (pictured) and Ernest Rogalla (pictured) to the firm’s expanded Indianapolis office.
Collins is an Associate III and has more than 12 years of roofing experience. His work includes on-site assessments, roof failure investigations, roofing document reviews, and product training. Collins also has experience with material and system testing to evaluate wind, fire, and impact performance.
Fehrenbacher is a senior associate who has been with the firm since 2006 and has transferred from the firm’s Northbrook, Illinois office. As a structural engineer, his predominant areas of work include structural analysis, as well as inspection of reinforced concrete and fiber reinforced structures. In addition to inspection, his work with fiber reinforced polymer has included analysis and material and load testing. He also has extensive experience with tent and membrane structures.
Rogalla is an associate principal who recently transferred from Northbrook. He is a structural engineer who has been with the firm since 1986. Rogalla has been involved in the analysis, review, inspection, monitoring, and restoration of hundreds of buildings and structures. He has investigated many failures and collapses including structures under construction and in service. Critical issues have involved construction, materials, foundation failure, maintenance and deterioration, and unusual loading. He has developed designs for the repair, restoration, and construction of many structures
