The company has acquired Michigan-based Northern First Aid, though financial terms of the deal are not being disclosed.
Wildman is primarily known for providing uniform rental, deep cleaning and other services for a variety of industries, but also offers workplace first-aid service to help businesses stay in compliance with safety requirements.
A spokesperson for Wildman said no jobs are being negatively affected by the deal. Northern First Aid consisted of a very small team, all of whom are retiring, and owner Dave Perales said he was looking for a partner that would continue to care for his customers.
Customers have begun receiving service from Wildman’s new WM First Aid brand, which is headquartered in Holland, Michigan.
“We’re thrilled to welcome the Northern First Aid customers to our greater Wildman network and expand into the first aid service for our Holland WM team,” Wildman CEO Josh Wildman said in a news release. “This growth furthers our purpose of wildly changing lives and our mission of keeping teams and facilities clean, safe, and looking great.”
The acquisition comes just over a month after Wildman acquired California-based Provision Medical Products, another first aid service provider. The company also acquired Michigan-based WM Uniform in May.
Wildman Business Group has about 450 employees across its entire footprint.
