The new Westfield Economic Development Department reports directly in to the office of Mayor Andy Cook. Her promotion is part of the city’s overall vision for intentional economic development and commitment to creating and supporting a vibrant, diverse business environment. She started with the city in 2015 as an associate planner in the Economic and Community Development Department. Rubadue previously worked at the real estate firm Cassidy Turley, now Cushman & Wakefield. She is a member of the International Economic Development Council and Indiana Economic Development Association.
