WESTFIELD, Ind. – At its meeting last night, the Westfield City Council approved a lease agreement as presented for an indoor facility at Grand Park. The final vote was 6 in favor, one opposed.
The 370,000 square foot indoor facility is being built by private developer Holladay Properties. It will be located along 191st street and Grand Park Blvd.
The facility will have 3 full-size professional soccer fields that can be used year round for recreational and competitive play for all field sports. The building will have office space, locker rooms, meeting rooms and a restaurant focused on family dining.
It is scheduled to open November 2015.
