Warrick Trails opens new trail loop in Newburgh

Executive Director Courtney TenBarge said the Old National Bank Loop was designed to seamlessly connect numerous assets throughout the area.
The trail, sponsored by Old National Bank, links Friedman Park to Vann Park Ballfields, numerous neighborhoods, and the Warrick Trails path extension that leads to Castle High School and Castle South Middle School.
“This project serves as a remarkable example of what we can achieve when we collaborate to enhance our community,” TenBarge said in a news release. “Old National Bank has demonstrated steadfast commitment for the improvement of our community’s health and wellness and we are so grateful for their support.”
Warrick Trails, a donor-supported trail system for Warrick County, says it plans to continue upgrades to dedicated trails and bike lanes in Newburgh, Boonville, Lynnville, and other parts of the county.
