Wabash National Reports Strong Earnings in Q3

Executives with the truck trailer manufacturer say the numbers are the result of process improvements implemented over the last year.
"Our team has executed on initiatives like supply chain optimization, transforming information flows from chassis OEMs and enhanced sales and operational planning to unlock capacity necessary for growth in Final Mile,” said Brent Yeagy, president and chief executive officer.
The Final Mile Products unit is the company’s delivery truck division, which was borne out of the company’s acquisition of Goshen-based Supreme Industries Inc.,in 2017.
Wabash also reports revenue grew to a record level of $581 million, compared to $533 million during the third quarter of 2018.
