(NYSE: WNC) in Lafayette has announced Chairman of the Board Dr. Martin Jischke will retire after the company’s 2020 annual meeting. The board says it will appoint long-standing director Larry Magee to fill the position, upon his expected re-election as a director at the meeting.
Jischke has served as chairman since 2007, following his retirement from Purdue University. Prior to joining the board in 2002, he was the 10th President of Purdue University where he served from August 2000 until his retirement in July 2007.
