Jarosz-Brady previously served as vice president. Before joining the firm, she was vice president of policy and communications for The Mind Trust, a nationally recognized nonprofit focused on transforming K-12 education in Indianapolis. In that role, Jarosz-Brady oversaw the organization’s work to advance policy initiatives and developed and executed its external communications strategy. She began her career as a reporter for the Indianapolis Star where she covered public safety and Indianapolis city government and earned a first-place award for criminal justice reporting from the Society of Professional Journalists, Indiana chapter. Her five-year tenure in journalism also includes covering state and local government, banking and finance for the Indianapolis Business Journal. In her time at those publications, Francesca delivered a weekly TV business report on Indianapolis’ FOX affiliate, appeared on “On the Record” with Greta Van Susteren, and was featured in two Investigation Discovery TV series. Francesca graduated cum laude from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism. She is an advisory board member of the The Policy Circle, an organization designed to grow the number of women engaged in public policy, a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana, and an alumnus of the Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Series.
Coffin most recently served as vice president. Prior to joining the firm, he held communications roles on Capitol Hill and at the U.S. Department of Defense. Coffin previously served as chief of staff and associate vice president for communications at DePauw University. He is the former press secretary to then-Rep. Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV). At the Pentagon, Coffin supported the events and corporate partnership work of America Supports You, an outreach initiative designed to connect military families with dozens of nonprofit homefront groups. He has also staffed television operations at multiple presidential nominating conventions. Coffin studied political science and media studies at DePauw University, where he was also a media fellow. He later earned a Master of Arts in Communication from The Johns Hopkins University. He is also a former Trustee of DePauw University and a member of the Young Professionals Advisory Team of Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana.
Also, Brelage previously served as a senior account executive. As a member of the firm’s education and nonprofit practice group, she supports some of the nation’s leading foundations, social benefit organizations and corporate citizens. Brelage also serves on VOX’s social media practice group, where she helps clients amplify their messages using the latest online platforms and tools. She previously represented C-SPAN in its national marketing and community relations campaign during the 2012 presidential election cycle. Brelage also interned with the State of Indiana under Governor Mitch Daniels’s administration. She has received a Public Relations Society of America Diamond Award for excellence in external relations in the East Central District (Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia). Brelage has also been honored with a Pinnacle Award from the PRSA Hoosier Chapter for media relations. She holds a B.A. in English writing from DePauw University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude.
