VOX Global has promoted Mike Marker to managing director. His new role will include oversight of the firm’s field offices and team, directing the strategy, business development and culture. After starting his career as a journalist, Marker worked for Ruder Finn in New York City before joining FleishmanHillard in Chicago. He is a founding member of VOX – formed in 2007 – and a lead crisis counselor and media trainer. Marker is a graduate of Ball State University where he received a B.S. degree in journalism and now serves as an adjunct professor.
