Vital Incite Makes Key Staff Appointments

In her new role, Delaney will lead the mission to expand service offering to employers across the country.
Amanda Manley has been promoted to director of strategic business solutions. She joined Vital Incite in 2014 and held the positions of client service & business intelligence architect. In her new role, Manley will research of employer data and new analytics strategies to ensure that employers have access to meaningful, accurate, actionable analyses that continue to drive better outcomes. Manley has a passion for connecting disparate datasets and extracting meaningful analyses to aid strategy development. Manley has a background in human resources, statistics and data modeling.
Also, Doug Morrison (pictured) has been hired as director of information technology. In this key, new business development and client servicing role, he will provide oversight and supervision of all technology needs. Also, he will spearhead the HITRUST Certification process to ensure the highest security of all client data. Other duties include ensuring IT capabilities align with strategic business objectives. Morrison has more than 28 years of information technology experience. Before joining Vital Incite, he was a leader at Accenture, as well as other cross-industry organizations with focus on the data management space.
