Valparaiso University has appointed Niclas Erhardt dean of the College of Business. He most recently served as associate dean of the Maine Business School at the University of Maine. In addition to that, Erhardt also served as the founding director of the school’s Professional Development Center, interim dean for the undergraduate school of business and professor of management. He has also spent time as a visiting professor at Providence College.

Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, Erhardt holds a Ph.D. in human resource management and labor relations and a master’s in industrial and labor relations from Rutgers University as well as a master’s in industrial relations from Iowa State University and a bachelor’s from Cornell University.
