The utility services contractor is investing more than $800,000 toward the move, which will create a small number of jobs.
The new facility will triple the company’s warehouse and office space. The move is being financed, in part, through loans from the Indiana Statewide Certified Development Corp. and Centier Bank.
TSW provides a variety of utility services at municipal and commercial locations, including water main installation and maintenance, gravity sewer installation, and leak detection. The company currently employs 35 in Indianapolis and plans to add five more jobs following the move. TSW’s clients include Citizens Energy in Indianapolis, the cities of Carmel and Fort Wayne, and American Water Co.
The Indiana Statewide CDC says it has provided more than $500 million in loans to 1,200 Indiana companies since launching in 1983.=
