In the role, he will oversee the entire web application development for the firm’s award-winning platform, as well as apply principles to enhance the development of its software and architecture. Earnhardt has more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning, software development and agile methodologies. He previously served as CEO of Optivel Inc. and built the company into a consultancy focused on software, database management, technology infrastructure and network security. Once the company was acquired in 2007, Earnhardt worked as chief technology officer for notable companies such as SnapShyft and Agile Reasoning where he applied technological solutions to maximize business impact.
Most notably, Earnhardt was one of the original senior developers who built the foundation for Springbuk. In that role, he grew the platform from proof of concept to final production. Earnhardt also recruited, developed and managed a global engineering team comprised of experts in data and app engineering, data science, infrastructure and security.
