This position works to strengthen its gifts pipeline and grow its base of philanthropic support, according to the job posting.
Bout started in his new role Monday after four years as the director of development for international advancement in Indiana University’s Office of the Vice President for International Affairs. He has worked largely at not-for-profits with 20 years of experience, including creating his own, being an associate executive director at Bloomington’s Buskirk Chumley Theater and serving as executive director of IndyBaroque.
