United Way of Central Indiana Adds Vice Presidents

Subscribe NowThe United Way of Central Indiana has named Ashley Furois and Tanya Hand vice presidents and members of its Operating Committee. Furois, who has been with UWCI since 2012, most recently served as senior director of fundraising. Prior to UWCI, she served as a communications/campaign associate at the United Way West Lafayette Branch for six years.
Hand has been with UWCI since 2014, most recently served as director of major and transformational giving. Before joining UWCI, she oversaw operations and strategic implementation as state director for the March of Dimes.
Both Furois and Hand recently received their CFREs – the only nationally recognized certification for professional fundraisers and one that requires the demonstration of substantial proficiency in a multitude of disciplines within fundraising.
Furois holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and psychology from Purdue University and a master’s in Philanthropic Studies from the Indiana University Lilly School of Philanthropy. Hand holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and English from the University of Alabama.
