Achievers says the list recognizes employers that display leadership and innovation.
Indianapolis-based Medxcel, a healthcare facilities services provider, and TRIMEDX, an independent clinical asset management company, are the only two Indiana representatives on the list
Achievers says the 50 employers are recognized for their “demonstrated leadership in leveraging innovative employee engagement and recognition tactics.”
“Achieving this honor again reinforces the positive everyday actions by our leaders and associates which make us one of the best places to work,” says TRIMEDX CEO Henry Hummel. “Their engagement and living out our company values positively contribute to patient care while serving our clients.”
Achievers says the list was compiled based on the “Eight Elements of Employee Engagement”: Purpose & Leadership; Manager Empowerment; Belonging, Equity & Inclusion; Recognition & Rewards; Professional and Personal Growth; Accountability and Performance; Culture Alignment; and Wellbeing.
