Toyota Tsusho is building a new warehouse and manufacturing facility in Lafayette. The 350,000 square foot facility will double the current workforce of 60 by 2028.

The project is being overseen by T.M. Crowley & Associates. The facility will be used to supply part and materials to the automotive brand that produces one million vehicles per year. 

“This project represents the latest addition to the impressive and diverse portfolio our firm has been building for years,” said Tom Crowley, chief executive officer of T.M. Crowley & Associates. “We are excited to partner with Toyota Tsusho to expand their geographic footprint and support their ability to scale in the face of growing customer demand.”

The state-of-the-art facility is scheduled to open in the summer of 2019.
