Zoeller, Williamson Join Jackson Lewis

She previously worked for Quarles & Brady LLP and has more than 20 years of employment law experience. Zoeller is a skilled trial attorney who represents clients from a range of industries including retail, communications, manufacturing and restaurants. She regularly represents and counsels employers on a variety of claims including discrimination and harassment, state and federal leave of absence laws, workplace investigations, non-competition agreements, whistleblower issues, and reductions in force. Zoeller has successfully litigated numerous disputes on behalf of employers before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and other tribunals throughout the country.
Also, Aaron Williamson has been added as an associate. He joined the firm with several years of experience as a judicial intern and litigator. Williamson has experience prosecuting and defending civil actions in several forums, including small claims courts, arbitration panels, state trial courts, the Court of Appeals of Indiana, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. He previously worked at Cohen & Malad LLP in their business service, real estate, and business litigation practice group. Williamson also supported the firm’s class action, personal injury, and appellate practice groups.
While attending law school, he served on the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review as a student note editor. Williamson also served as co-chair of the Black Law Student Association’s Academic Affairs Committee.
He earned his B.A. from Indiana University – Purdue University Fort Wayne and his J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
