Schilling is a member of the firm’s business services group, concentrating her practice in Corporate Finance & Lending, including Emerging Business & Venture Capital, Healthcare, Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate. She previously served as a partner in the Indianapolis office of Milwaukee-based Quarles & Brady. Schilling is a member of both Executive Women in Finance and the International Council of Shopping Centers, a fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys, and an associate member of Urban Land Institute. She is a graduate of the Indiana University’s Maurer College of Law.
Smith joins the firm as a member and previously worked for Bose, McKinney & Evans. He represents numerous non-publicly traded companies of every type, including several hundred franchise vehicle dealerships throughout the Midwest, Southeast and Eastern United States, in addition to various vehicle trade associations. He is a graduate of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law (Indianapolis), and is a member of the board of directors of National Association of Dealer Counsel. He now serves as co-chair of the auto dealer services practice group.
Also, Nagle, counsel, previously worked for Bose, McKinney & Evans. He primarily represents franchised automobile dealers, small and large business owners, and state and local governmental entities in various civil litigation, legislative and regulatory matters. His work for auto dealers includes resolving franchise and contractual issues with manufacturers, providing advice on compliance in accordance with federal and state regulatory bodies. Nagle is a graduate of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, and is active is state and local politics.
