The state says the pharmaceutical company overcharged state Medicaid programs for drugs.
Rokita says of the $1.8 million, about $750,000 goes to the state, and the balance goes to the federal government.
The attorney general’s office says the settlements resolve allegations that Bristol-Myers Squibb misreported sales figures and underpaid drug rebates owed to the states.
