Each year, IFMA honors restaurant operators with the most outstanding and innovative talents as part of the longest-running awards program in the foodservice industry – the Gold & Silver Plate Awards.
A jury of trade press editors and previous award winners review candidate submissions to determine which nominees represent IFMA’s vision, mission and values in nine segments.
The Huse Culinary Inc. portfolio has grown to include three restaurant concepts – St. Elmo Steak House, Harry & Izzy’s (three locations) and Burger Study – all located in Indianapolis. Additional expansion will add two restaurant locations in 2018.
Nominated by Ecolab, Huse, with his family and colleagues, attended the 64th Annual Gold & Silver Awards ceremony in Chicago. In addition to Huse, other winners include:
