Spirit Airlines now has another nonstop flight from Indianapolis International Airport to the Sunshine State. The airline’s inaugural flight to Ft. Lauderdale took off Thursday morning to bring its number of daily nonstop flights to Florida to 14.

Spirit also offers nonstop flights to Orlando, Fort Myers, Tampa and Las Vegas.

“We are thrilled to continue expanding our service, giving our Guests More Go from Indianapolis to the Sunshine State,” said John Kirby, vice president of network planning for Spirit Airlines. “In addition to providing non-stop service to South Florida, this new route will also offer connections to 20 major cities in the U.S. through our Fort Lauderdale gateway.”

Allegiant Air and Southwest also offer nonstop flights to Ft. Lauderdale.
