Spartan to Host Job Fair in Bristol
The facility manufactures the company's Utilimaster brand vans.

(Nasdaq: SPAR) will Thursday afternoon host a job fair in Elkhart County. Spartan Fleet Vehicles & Services says it is looking to fill 200 positions at its delivery vehicle manufacturing facility in Bristol.
The job fair will take place from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the facility at 603 Earthway Boulevard in Bristol. A spokesperson for the company says the jobs include welders, machine operators, vehicle painters, material handlers and assemblers.
"In a location where some manufacturing businesses are slowing production, our Utilimaster commercial delivery vehicle operation in Bristol is growing by leaps and bounds," Chad Heminover, president of Spartan Fleet Vehicles & Services, said in a statement to Inside INdiana Business. "Candidates seeking long-term, stable employment with a company intent on adding value to the lives of its employees should stop by our onsite job fair to apply."
The company says applicants are eligible for benefits on day one and applications can be found on the company’s website. The job fair represents continued growth for Spartan, which announced a nearly $11 million expansion in 2016.
