Subscribe NowSouth Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg and Chief of Police Scott Ruszkowski have appointed Tim Lancaster support division chief for the city’s police department. He is a 21-year veteran and most recently served as afternoon patrol captain for the last two years. Lancaster has also served as a patrol officer, school resource officer, Special Victims Unit investigator and a patrol supervisor. As support division chief, he will oversee the Investigations, Logistics and Records Bureaus.
