South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg has named Daniel Parker controller. He previously served as director of value-based strategy at Beacon Health System. Parker also serves as an adjunct faculty member at Indiana University South Bend, teaching Government Accounting & Healthcare Finance classes. He is a member of the IUSB Faculty Senate, an active member of the Young Professionals Network in South Bend, and course director for the Sunburst Races.
