In his new position, O’Connor will oversee the city’s current technology assets and work to adapt policies to align with administration goals. Buttigieg says O’Connor’s expertise will help the city "deliver more efficient services, at a time when residents expect us to do more with less."
O’Connor’s previous experience also includes stints as vice president of information technology at United Federal Credit Union in Michigan and assistant vice president if information technology at Teachers Credit Union in South Bend. He earned his business administration degree at the University of Notre Dame.
