Sources: Indy to Host 2024 U.S. Olympic Swim Trials

Two sources familiar with the situation confirmed the selection to our partners at the Indianapolis Business Journal.
The sources spoke on the condition of anonymity because they weren’t authorized to speak publicly about the selection.
The trials are expected to be held at Lucas Oil Stadium and could take place in front of more than 30,000 spectators. Indianapolis last hosted the event in 2000 at the IUPUI Natatorium.
The Indiana Sports Corp. and USA Swimming have scheduled a news conference for Tuesday morning regarding “an upcoming event in Indianapolis,” though specific details were not provided.
ISC President Ryan Vaughn, USA Swimming President and Chief Executive Officer Tim Hinchey III, and Olympic medalist Lily King are among the speakers at the announcement.
