Sophia’s Bridal & Tux Expanding in Indy and Beyond

Indianapolis-based Sophia’s Bridal & Tux is expanding with a new boutique in Indianapolis and its first out-of-state location in Louisville. Sophia’s says the decision to expand is a result of growth in the bridal industry as well as the need for a larger retail space on the Indy’s north side.
The new central Indiana store will be located alongside The Fashion Mall at Keystone in The Shops at River Crossing.
“We have seen significant growth this past year and are looking ahead to an even bigger 2022 for the wedding and prom industries,” said Sophia’s owner Jessica Limeberry. “We are grateful to our incredible team members and supportive community who have helped make this expansion possible, and we look forward to empowering and serving even more people in the near future.”
Sophia’s says it will transfer employees and apparel from its store in Fishers to the new location once it opens. The company also has locations on the south side of Indianapolis and in Columbus.
Construction on the space is expected to be completed in January. The store says it is planning to host a grand opening at the beginning of February.
The Louisville store is also scheduled to open in February in the city’s St. Matthews neighborhood.
