Simon Outlet Expansion to Draw Big Names

Subscribe NowA well-known Chicagoland shopping center has reopened after a multi-million dollar upgrade by its owner, Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group Inc. (NYSE: SPG). On top of renovations to the Chicago Premium Outlets, the developer says a "slew of high-profile retailers" will locate to the Aurora property by the end of the year.
Planned new shops include Versace, Salomon, Victoria’s Secret, Restoration Hardware, Steve Madden and Hanna Andersson, which could all be open before December.

The center includes 170 stores, covering 688,000 square-feet. It was expanded last August.
