U.S. News & World Report has released its list of America’s top high schools. Signature School in Evansville is the highest-ranked school from the Hoosier State, ranking tenth on the national list.

The publication says it ranks schools based on their performance on state-required tests, graduation and college preparation. In addition to a national list, it also ranks schools by state.

The top 10 ranked Indiana schools are:

1. Signature School,  Evansville

2. Zionsville Community High School, Zionsville

3. West Lafayette Jr./Sr. High School, West Lafayette

4. Herron High School, Indianapolis

6. Munster High School, Munster

7. Westfield High School, Westfield

8. Fishers High School, Fishers

9. Bloomington High School, South Bloomington

10. Hamilton Southeastern High School
