Sigma Foundation for Nursing has added Billie Dragoo as a member of its 2017-2019 board of directors. She is founder and CEO of RepuCare and has 23 years of experience in the medical staffing industry. RepuCare delivers premier healthcare staffing, recruitment, and outsourced staffing solutions for governmental providers and employer healthcare programs. Dragoo’s leadership has led RepuCare to be named one of the fastest-growing US staffing firms for 2015 by Staffing Industry Analysts. She joins board members from across the globe to further Sigma’s mission of advancing world health and celebrating nursing excellence in scholarship, leadership and service.

The Sigma Foundation for Nursing, as a separate 501c3 public charity, supports Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing (Sigma) to actively fundraise for and protect its permanent funds. The Foundation is the primary fundraiser for Sigma. The Foundation coordinates all corporate, foundation, and individual contributions and relationships for Sigma and works with appropriate Sigma staff to match donors’ interests with the appropriate Sigma program.
