Sherman House Still Looking For New Owner

The city is hoping to find developers and investors interested in reviving the Sherman House and is willing to offer incentives for the right plan. Indiana Landmarks says the restaurant and bar could reopen immediately while guest rooms could use updates.]
The Sherman House’s previous owner, Doug Bessler, announced his plans to sell the property earlier this year. Previous proposals to reopen the property were offered in August at $1.1 million each.
